Information for foreigners
Dear Sir or Madam,
Silesian International Legal Commission (SILC) (read more about us) is a special unit acting under the Bar Association in Katowice with a mission of supporting foreigners with legal services in Poland.
The Commission will provide you with a list of licensed and experienced lawyers that use your mother language or at least foreign language that you supposingly know. These lawyers are ready to help you in solving legal issues on a whole Polish territory.
Advocates from the list are able to provide you a legal service related to your properties, creditors, debtors and others.
If you are a party of a legal proceeding in Poland, in a dispute with a Polish administrative body, need a counsellor in a criminal case or have any other legal issue to be done, all you need to do is to get in contact with an advocate chosen from the list.
Each advocate from the list is entitled to act in front of all Polish courts, experienced in providing legal service and obliged to keep confidentiality. All of us has the necessary insurance. On a list you can find both advocates who conduct individual law office and those who work in bigger companies what means that they have real ability to execute every legal order.
